CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & No-SHOWS

Clients must provide 48 hours notice if they wish to change or cancel an appointment. This can be done by phone during business hours.

 

Failure to provide 48 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value.

 

No shows will incur a 100% booking value charge.

LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our team, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may have to cut your appointment short or even reschedule your appointment for a later date which will incur a 50% booking value fee.

 

Please ensure you are leaving enough time to find a park and make your way to the salon. It is extremely important that clients are punctual for their appointment to enable our team to perform at their best.

BOOKING FEE

Due to high demand and limited availability,  we require all new clients to pay a non-refundable $50 booking fee to secure your appointment.

 

This will be deducted from your balance due at your appointment.

 

Your booking fee can be paid in salon or by phone.
